Well for easy research with an organized results, Wikipedia tops the rest in the internet enclycopedia.
What makes it more extensive is that, it is updated. Meaning at most all knowledge entries in Wikipedia are made up to date unlike other encyclopedia which are made of a given past date (outdated).
In most of my research, I do use Wikipedia. Well, at most Wikipedia give the best results I've ever search.

I usually go to wikipedia because I get interested in something. I also like to deepen my knowledge in some areas using it. Sometimes I edit articles I read.

well, for one, I don't SWEAR by it as regular people like you and me can post anything we want in it. But for general knowledge on a topic like celebrity's biography or background info on any random thing, yes, I go there.

I use it when I want to get information on a wide argument or a historical person. That's for general knowledge, I ended my studies a lot of time ago.
I think the information is accurate and complete, and the external links are often useful too.
