Teenagers are a driving force in the market, also its a scary concept for adults as to what happens to their kids during their teen years, since children start enjoying more freedom and aren't under as tight a leash during this time in their life. (generally) I think it targets the parental sector and plays on their fears of their children coming of age as well.
