~Deleting Twitter Account~ What A Waste!  

I very dissapointed you delete your twitter account, because by Twitter we can take several advantages like chat with your friend, chat with celebbrities. I have twitter account but i am not active user.

I deleted my account as well. I just could not get into the concept. I am more into social web sites like this one or Facebook.

That is a shame. I am so sorry to read that. Yes, I have a twitter account.
I have followers and I follow but I am still trying to figure the whole scope of twitter out myself.
I have had a couple accounts and I find that if your account is based on a niche that you enjoy, it is easy to get followers. What I do is search, in twitter, using keywords based on my niche and find twitters that have the same interest. I start re-tweeting if I see tweets that are of interest to me and therefore, likely my followers. This almost always gains me a few more followers and then those people see my tweets.
I think that there is some strategy in using twitter successfully but like I said, I am still trying to figure it out.
I see a lot of spam on twitter though and that is always annoying.
