How do you like your steak cook?

Usually how do you like your steak cook? Not well done; medium; or medium well; or well done? I go to restaurant, I usually order medium well. It is the best for me, and I like the taste. For my girlfriend, she likes medium. Sometimes, even it is medium, I saw the red, and I just lost my taste. What about you?

I absolutely love steak, and looking at the responses here I think I am in a minority when I tell you I like my steak blue, or even raw. Saying that though, I will eat it all ways, as long as it's steak it's all good!!

Mine has to be extra well done. I don't want the best vet in the world to bring that one back to life. No blood, no pink. Grosse. TATA.

I like my steaks medium-well. I don't like it when my steaks are too juicy or too tough.

It must be well-done. If I see any pink the meal is ruined.

After years of having to eat well-done meat, and now that I have a choice, I prefer medium rare...medium done at the most. If it's overcooked, it goes back to the chef to gnaw on.
