| Canker sores  | | | |  If you have ever suffer from cankers on your tongue, or gums, you know how sore it can be. I read online at "Midlife Magazine" about St Johns Wort. I bot a bottle, tho I was skeptical, however I was desperate to get rid of discomfort that was in my mouth. After taking 1 capsule, it was gone in about 1/2 hour. So, give it a try.
