I don't know, Its not our decission to make punishments. I am not that brutal but I would say a very long period would do the trick. 30-40 years?

That is the biggest pet peeve I have. I have no use for anyone who abuses or kills a child. If this was a perfect world throw them in general population and let them take care of them. I would love to see them suffer as much as these poor beautiful angels have suffered. How many times have we seen these "molesters" get released only to get out and this time kill the child thinking they won't go back in. They need to be in the gas chamber and be done with it. Or just throw them in a bathtub and toss a radio in there. I do not have any children but when I see their precious faces on the news and hear what happened to them I cry for them and then I am so mad at these scums who harm these children. If they aren't going to be fried they need to be put somewhere the sun don't shine.

It is very iffy when dealing with juveniles. I would have to say that there are so many factors. Age at time of offense, the details leading to it. The thought that you can reform a sociopath is silly. But kids, like adults, make mistakes. So there are so many factors. Beating a toddler to death, that is a big indicator of a dangerous psychopathy and will not be reformed.

i got as far they were release with new id. that is crazy why would anyone or any countries let out a child killers for, i think we need to bring back where they hang people who kills specaily if its a child. or better yet let the men of families do whatever they want to them.

An adult that kills a person would probably would go to jail for the rest of his life. I remember the news of two ten years old killing a toddler. I thought that they did a sick thing and they deserved to go to youth custody like a jail for children until age eighteen. Then they could continue their sentence in a jail for adults. A person that kills is a danger to society. A killer should not be let out on parole. Sometimes there can be a terrible accident like when two children are playing on an iced over pond. In count a judge needs to decide on the criminals sentence.

Oh yes, there are under-age criminals in all parts of the world and this is becoming a huge problem.. .I read of a child criminal who was imprisoned for life. He spent all his life in the jail and died in the jail. He was arrested at the age of 8 or 10... Awful! But his crimes were pretty serious... Slashing the throat of another kid, is a serious crime, right? I think, their sentences should be decided upon the intensity of the crime they've committed.

If it appears that they can be rahabilitated, then they should be sent to remand homes... Happy Lotting!

as what they see, an eye for an eye, and so a life for a life. if that person killed someone then if we cant kill him then at least put him on jail for life and dont give him a chance to go out and wait til another child will die again because of this criminal. i guess its better if all killers that now in jail must not entitled to any parole specially if found guilty.
