Are you really comfortable working in the office

I saw and noticed women will have personal attachment with the superiors (men) for want of .....? (no idea) I saw one day lady accountant was with the Financial manager, i got shocked and it took some time to come out from that. I was so close with her before that issue, but after that i started avoiding her even she told me sorry. I know she is so good i donot know really why she did like this. I was unable to see either her face or him. I used to get little irritation, some what unhappy whenever i see her. Such situation if u face what will be your feelings? This issue is very sensitive but it is happening. What do you say?

Yes the issue is surely sensitive. I would aelt the same that you are feeling. Infact there are a lot of women these days who can stoop to any level just to rise in their career.
I being a woman feel quite disgraced when I see such women and would not even feel like looking at them.

In my company you could file a harassment case. You do not have to be the person in the situation, yet only see it to file such a case. Then the two people involved would be required to go to the human resources department and thier activites could possibly get them terminated. Check your company's policy on this situation.
I can certainly see why it would make you feel uncomfortable as it may give her an advantage over others when it comes to time for promotion or raises.
