Do you know the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar, I read about it in Earth Clinic  

I know personally the benefits of it for myself was weight loss, better skin, better digestion, and less hunger.
My eyes were clearer too Mandy, I would say due to its blood cleansing properties dear.
I would put a tablespoon of it in iced tea daily with honey and drink.

I use apple cider vinegar all the time. I know it helps when you have acid coming up from you stomach. I don't use many salad dressings on my salads. I use the apple cider vinegar on my salads. Its better for you. If you have kids that go to school get a little spray bottle and put the vinegar and some water in the bottle and spray a little bit in your child's hair and it keeps them from getting head lice from other kids that have it.

Apple cider helps us in a lot of ways, one way it helps us is by keeping us regular. vinegar is good too for other health purposes my grandmother use to cook with vinegar a lot.
