I have witnessed an Office Illicit!!!!!  

I don't know if it's an "Office Illcit", but I think I went through something similar.
I am working in a school as a secretary assistant, so both the secretary and the principal have my cellphone number.
One day, one of the teachers asked me for my phone number. I did not think there was something wrong with it because I thought it will be used only for work related issues... boy I was wrong. That teacher started texting me everyday, and he was calling me every afternoon (AFTER work) to ask what I'm doing and if he can join me. (and he's married+kids)
I consulted with some friends and they told me to let him know this is improper and to tell him to stop, so I texted him and said that I rather separate my 'work life' from my 'personal life' and that I want him to stop texting/calling me. He didn't text/called me ever since- so it's all good now.
This was an expiriance that I never want to have again.

i had that before, my supervisor and my office mate, my supervisor have problem with her husband as according to her, her husband is very lazy and alcoholic and they always argue everyday and so its all started when this new employee get in and treat us for lunch on his first salary and we found out that they also went out to the bar together with my other office mate that night. and since then we already saw different from their action. some says the guy always treat her and they both go home at the same time. then one time we heard that our supervisor want to annul her marriage with his husband as she wanted to find someone good for her. i already left the company so i dont know what happened to their story now.

I do not know if this is true but for most westernized companies here in the Philippines, most specifically call centers, illicit affairs in the office has become a household name.

Also, I guess it is because of the current men to women ratio. There are more women in the world now than men.
