| Tolerance breaks  | | | | Hey guys I was just wondering what y'all do while your on a tolerance breaks to help the time go by. I've been toking a bit to much lately and I feel like my system is immune to weed. After taking a 3 day break last week I felt the buzz a bit more but it was definitely not the same, and it lasted 15 minutes. Right now I'm trying to take a one week break I work so during the day its not really a problem but at night I usually chill with friends who smoke. So during the night I'm the only sober one chilling with my friends. | | Hmm, detox is a really hard thing to practice. I don't really smoke or toke up, but I had problems with my drinking and my alcohol before. It was really hard to hold out on it, but I really had to because I realized I was starting to get dependent and a lot of people were already getting pretty disturbed by my drinking habit. Anyway, it was really hard to go on detox, but the only thing that kept me clean for days straight was keeping myself busy and to do productive activities that requires a clear and stable mind.
