|  Nobody i know wouldn't not want to eat a piece of a chocolate. And it's said to be that chocolates are able to change one's moods. I definitely agree with that! I personally experience chocolate's euphoric effect somehow. I especially eat this kind of stuff when I' am emotionally down, and i surely feel good after a few bites. And now I'm craving for one lol.. I love white chocolate though. Anyway, what do u think guys is the best type of chocolate that alters makes you lite-hearted? Could that be dark chocolate?

| |  They do say that dark chocolate is better for you because it has a higher concentration of cocoa soilds, but when it comes to chocloate I'm not looking for a healthy pick me up so i chose white as my ultimate favorite.
Thorntons make the most delicious white chocolate champagne truffles. Seriously they are to die for, just looking at them cheers me up.

chocolates does help mood change but then i don't eat chocolates when i am feeling blue due to instances that it can help in doubling weight gain. ahahaha! dark chocolate they say is good for the heart so i would suggest that you eat dark...

| |  Any chocolate just makes me happy to be perfectly honest. I love almonds with it of course. Chocolate has been shown to actually release endorphins in the brain which stimulates and forms happiness in a person. Crazy eh?

| |  I used to hate white chocolate but I do love them now. It is true, chocolate has something in it that releases something in the brain that causes people to be happy. I will never get tired of eating chocolate. I prefer chocolate with nuts in it. I don't like plain chocolate.
