omg serving time for overdue library material? I can say as a citizen of Colorado, our jails are overcrowded. Any bpdy wonder why any more?

Detective we have a murder lose in the city. Kid we have priorities around here. Did you not hear there is someone with over due library books and it is our job to bring them to justice. I think I will send that to the writer of Law and Order.
