It is not any philosophy on eating decently, without annoying others on the table. Be followed some simple rules.
Eating fish requires a special skill.
Do not eat like steak, does not use an ordinary knife. Kitchenware over knife has a special form and a smaller fork. Boning knife is used only to help and eat. Once finished boning operation no longer uses the knife to cut. With the fish knife and fork, the fish is cut into long, half. Dam of one side and another two halves and spine out. A put away, and ready with a knife. Fish bones to make up the fork. For canned fish we use the fork, held in right, helping us with a piece of bread left outfit.
Is strange, but even fruits we can eat with fork and knife, if we are in a restaurant or to a special meal.Bananas are eaten with a fork after we peeled and cut them. Fruits like oranges, mandarins, grape-fruit-site, are peeled with a knife, then cut into slices with a knife. Watermelon cut into pieces, serving it with a fork.
You try to keep these rules all the time or only when eating at a restaurant?
Have you eat as you like,or as the rules require?

hell0 icesmile! to be honest with you, i have never eaten fish in a restaurant, just because I can cook it at home( well maybe not just me- my mom or my dad) but i really think, it is better to eat something else :)
well, when I eat fish at home I never use a knife and fork, by the way what is the knife for
I mean that the fish meat is so tender that you can cut it up just with the fork:) well, on your question, when i eat fish I only use my hands and sometimes also the fork but not that often
maybe you think it is disgusting but I really like to enjoy the food on the way I think it will be tasty the most :) and I also think it is faster, comfortable :) and more delicious

We almost always use a knife and fork.
I think because people don't like to get their fingers 'foody'.
If we go and buy fish and chips at the take away shop, they sometimes come with a little wooden fork, otherwise we have to eat them with our hands.
Kebabs mostly don't have any kind of utensil with them but they are in a bread pocket so not too messy.
