Make Your company Email Server

TOday i tell you about how to make email Server ....

If Your Company have 500 - 2000 Employes than you have to use your Default microsoft Email Server with your company name ..

How See below

First You Have to pick A PC Which Have Windows 2003 Server...
And All Company Computers must connect with Network = Connect with Each Other ...

Than Go To Start > Settings > Control panel > Add remove Programs > Add Remove Windows Components Which Is at Left side Of Add Remove program ...

OK You open add remove Windows Components
Tick Mark On Email Server Option ..

Than Click Next And Than Finish ..

Now You Have to Go
Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > POP3 Server open it

Than There Option make A new Domain

You Have To Name like your Company name is IBM Than ibm.com And than click ok

Now You have to setup Users And Give him a Email Id ..

Than You have to open New User
and make a account of administrator
named administrator and not to setup a password (because you already have administrator account of your pc With password)

And I.e You Have A employee named Jerry
Than You have to setup a account for jerry than again click new user setup a name and password and ok ...

Like This you have to make Several Account For employees whom you give email Services ...

Than You have to open Microsoft outlook
And Setup a Email ...

First name dialoug appears named administrator than email dialoug appears rite administrator@ibm.com

and click next than setup a ip in pop3 option rite a ip of your pc and next option SMTP server There you again put Same ip...

than setup a password than finish

and click send / recieve option and finaly your admin pc email is ready

Than you have to go jerry's pc and setup email like this and test Email Service this is running or not
