Did you know that our Blood pressure so important for our health and as we take to tensions and worries in life it tends to increase beyond prescribed limits 80/120. Oh too bad for us to get angry and annoyed at little things, at others but why, do you get to the bad taste of temperament. Its like eating fresh fruit and low sodium diets help a lot in lowering BP.

Yes, it's true that a lot of stress affect our life, especially now that we are in a rat race situation. Stress, eating habits, even the technology around us affect our health, particulary,our blood pressure. It's okay to get angry or get depressed for a while but not for long. Before I didn't know how to approach problems, but now, I look at it as something smaller than me.I just consider them as rough roads that I have to go through in order for me to become a better person and eventually reach my goals.

Considering the fact that high blood pressure is today's top causes of death, monitoring and maintaining our BP in normal range is important.

I heard 90% cause of high bp is unknown, and some of them are genetics. OMG
