| Laziness, Taking Advantage or Plain Stupid?  | | | |  I recently went to visit my partner and followed him to work; just to see how they conduct they work and the environment. But one thing that I notice, the other workers tend to be missing or leaving without telling and if there were around both will spend their time with forex and leave all the work to my partner. I cannot say a word about this because I a nobody here, just a visitor. So what do you think are they plan lazy, taking advantage of just plain stupid that they cannot give commitment to their work. Further more one of them act as if he is the boss...

| |  some people are just not that dedicated to their work. the get up in the morning, dress up, and go to work like robots. they work to live, not live to work. just ignore them. it s not worth it to get in trouble just bcuz of these people.

| |  Yes it sounds like to me, your friend co- workers are pure lazy people ,they come to work wait for you friend to show up, for work dump all their work load, on him and then they just leave, what your friend should do is, stop doing these lazy people work, and then the whole thing will come to a stop, and it they don't complete their work,it will be there for them tomorror,then that thay fall on their shoulders.
