Hi! dweebs! There could be several reasons. The CPU capability, its condition. Your e-mail server, like yahoo. Some have size limits for the attachments. You may have to break your intended attachment file into bits. Then again, if your are trying to attach a file having 'web links' it will be next to impossible to send the attachments. I guess the uploading goes to the detail of the link as well and the file becomes enormous and the attachment never takes place. Even Bitmap pictures give problem. Try.

dweebs_8000_j, I am sorry but I really have a hard time trying to understand what you are asking here as you are really not SPECIFIC for one. You could at least tell us what e-mail account you are using that is having this attachment problem(S), the size and type of your attachment. If not, we are just all going to be guessing and become inconclusive here. To be honest, where I gather from your profile as to where you are from, I do not think there's any known such restriction for the internet cafe in your region. I just felt that your cafe might just be experiencing some lag on their internet connection speed especially with the uploading speed. I do not think there could be anything else than the problem I had mentioned above and lest you could divulge further, there's not going to be any answers. Have a nice day.

Hi, I think this was not failure CPU to sent email with attachments, if you send big size in attachment it needs time to scanning and waiting upload from email service, sometime if your bandwidth is low, time out connection happened but if internet cafe has high speed and bandwidth you can try other solution, your attachment can save in online file sharing and you send a link with your email to destination, you note that you have problems with attachment. Just a little thing that i can comment in your discussion. Regards.

If you are able to send an email without attachment, it can be a problem with the internet provider of the cafe. Some are blocking attachments with a lot of pictures and photos sent by SMTP port 25 as an anti-spam measure ; in this case you have to attach and send them individually. A temporary failure is also possible if you are using a web based mailer. To bypass this, open a new free account in a site enabling large attachments like gmx.com (50 Mb limit !).
