What if I start learning swimming?

lot friends ,I am going to start swimming somewhat what are the main benifits of swimming,does it reduces the weight,asthma,blood pressure?what are the main benifits of swimming,as i am suffering from these eliments,will swimming help in curing these eliments?

I do agree that swimming can bring forth so many benefits. In fact, as what people say, swimming is the best exercise. What is important however is to always consider safety. Of course in whatever we do, safety should be given consideration.

well its true i started learning and i got in but water was 5.5 feet deep and immidieately got out!!what if it was 8 feet!!but the instructor knows what each and everyone is doing!he saved one girl as she went down!it was very scary!

Swimming is a great form of exercise. It causes less impact on your joints than most form of exercise. So in the a matter of speaking yes, swimming will help with all of the medical issues that you have posted becuse getting exercise will help lower your weight, reduces the stress on your lungs (helping with the asthma) and help to lower your blood pressure. The one thing you want to make sure of though is that you consult your doctor before starting any exercise program. Make sure that what you are planning on doing is not going to be harmful in any way. Then you are going to want to make sure that you have someone at/in the pool with you while you are exercising. If you become fatigued or start to cramp up, you will need someone there to make sure that you do not drown.
