Do you believe that the world is about to end in 2012?  

i don t believe in this nonsense. it s either a worldwide prank or a false information to make people wake up and live their lives right. to make you think twice about your decisions, whether you re choosing the right ones already, and to make you repent for your sins.

The world is not going to face an abrupt end. it would definitely be ending but in divided doses,of course.

I have just read today that a boy was killed in Afghanistan. Yes it sounds killed but according to the soldier, the boy appeared sad and wishing to die. For this boy its not 2012 that's the end of the world but 2010. Doomsday is false in his case.

I agree with you, it's scary isn't it? The thought of "end of the world" creeps me out. But I don't think it's going to happen anytime soon, probably not in 2012 yet. But it will come for a fact. It's obvious. The Earth is deteriorating and it's questionable how is our human race going to survive. Anyway I only pray that when that time comes, it won't be so hard for me and my family. No famines, wars, extreme suffering...I guess we should feel lucky that most of our daily problems in life are not as big as that yet for now.

That's true. People are talking about earthquakes, tsunami, flash floods and other natural calamities. Here in my country, there were frequent flash floods happening here. And in other countries, earthquakes are common. And the weather here is completely different. It becomes hotter and hotter that cause irritation on my skin and in my eyes. I think that someday, it would be uncomfortable to live here on earth. For the rich people, they have the ability to live comfortably for they own lots of money. That is very unfair.

As far as I am concerned, I think I do not believe it at all that the world will be ended in 2012. I think it is the movie said that. It will not be true that year. But if people just do not take good care of the environment, I think it will come true in the future days.

GOD says in the bible no man knows the time or the hour when Jesus returns..I WILL wait for him to come in the clouds to take me home..all the men then predicted the end times at a certain date got fooled..we need to turn our attention to God..not on what man says.

Not really true. why do we believe this things anyway. they say 2000 is the end, and many years have been said to be the end. No body knows when it will end. Only God knows.

I personally do not believe that the world is going to end in 2012. Just because years and years ago the Mayans believed this, it doesn't make it true. 2012 is only two years away and it's barely going to be different than right now. Remember the millenium? Everyone said all this crazy stuff was going to happen and then it never did. People like to make up a sense of impending doom because they have nothingn else to do. One person says something, then they tell other people, and then the whole thing spirals into a ridiculous mess. No need to prepare for 2012. Ofcourse i'm no psychic, but I know nothing is going to happen. We should all know this.

the world was supposed to end in 2000 now its 2012 then it will be 2024 then etc etc its an absolute joke.

Also without rich people in the world their be no business no jobs etc etc also large corporations and rich people give a lot of money to charity so if they weren't rich that would stop also.

The world will end for mankind when the sun burns itself out in a few billion years.

Here's a test for you if you really think the world is going to end go and buy a brand new sports car as you don't need to worry about paying it off cos you will be dead.
