beef jerky, bad or good?

do you eat beef jerky? i eat but it is not my favorite. but my wife is a beef jerky fan. she even eat it with fried rice in the morning. i dont know if this is healthy bu i guess it is okay if you eat it but not often. i know some keep this as emergency food. i would rather eat a beef that is cooked than this that is full of preservatives. what can you say about beef jerky? do you eat this often too?

now i want to have a taste of that. i am not much for beef jerky but since you said that it was home made and you can eat a whole bag then i need to taste test that. har har har. i just take a bite but my wife always buys a small pack when we are the grocery. thanks a lot for the response

I love beef jerky. I box that contains 10 packs are usually gone before the day is over. I have to exert effort to stop because I know it has a lot of preservatives. Whenever we go to the supermarket, I try not to visit that aisle so that I won't be able to buy it.

wow you and my wife can be friends. har har har. i guess i will only enjoy eating it if i find a good tasting one. i know my wife enjoys eating it but i still havent taste a beef jerky that is my type. maybe if i taste something really good. thanks a lot for the response

I love beef especially caldereta....Anyway, sorry can't contribute a lot about your topic!
I will try to taste this if I will find in Asian store...

har har har. you can buy beef jerky at the grocery it does taste good but of course not for most of the time. i would rather have beef freshly cook like caldereta yum yum yum. now your response made me hungry i want to eat caldereta. thanks a lot for the response

Hi, se7enthbird. I have had it a few times in my years of living. But, this is something, that I don't usually eat like that. I really don't think that it is good for someone to eat it constantly though. It should just be used for a snack or an emergency food. But not an everyday food.

i have to say that my wife does not make is as an everyday food but she eats ,ore than a normal person should eat beef jerky har har har. well i guess everything needs to be taken in moderation. it is just like ice cream and other food. we should eat it in moderation. thanks a lot for the response
