Does wearing brassiere cause breast cancer?  |

|  My oldies often tell me that as much as possible women should not wear brassieres especially the ones with under wire because it can cause breast cancer. They often compare the present with their past observations wherein seldom would women wear bra and that there was no such thing as breast cancer. Do you really think wearing brassieres can cause breast cancer?

| |  Well I admit that I have read this somewhere before but I really think it is a myth and not scientific in anyway. Of course I am not a doctor but I just don't see how this is possible. As far as comparing the present with the past observations, I think there were probably a lot more factors involved on top of the fact that woman didn't wear bras as often.
