Zen Houses Are Amazing

Here in MAnila, zen houses are fast becoming popular. They're fascinating to look at--something like a modern digitally kind of design but which inspires meditation once you're in one of them. The ones I've been to (I sell houses and lots) have interior rock gardens enclosed in glass panels, with sunlight freely filtering through their skylight roof coverings. And the colors are often a mix of predominant beige and some dark brown. I sure wish to have one of them houses!

I don't know what zen house are but about a week ago I had a dream that I was in a house that was simply amazing. It would definitely be my idea of a zen house. It was made mostly with bamboo products, even the wall decor was made of bamboo in beautiful designs. The color scheme was mostly beige, white with splashes of black throughout. I wish I had even a picture of it. I was so impressed I got online and started trying to look for bamboo items to see if I could get a glimpse of what I dreamed. I hope zen houses start to be come popular her in the US.

In one zen house I saw, there were bamboo designs on the wall. I guess you could design a zen house with lots of bamboo parts. What makes a house zen-type is its conduciveness to meditation and where air and a gentle wind freely flows, aside from having a serene character.

I am happy with my small flat, it is warm and dry and secure, though I wish it wee situated in the woods

My house is designed like a mountain vacation cabin, but it's situated in the middle of the city, too. At least the area has lots of trees and different types of birds play among them all day.
