I had a great day yesterday! My flower bed is finally at cleaned out!

It is raining or I would put some pictures up but I will asap. While the electrician and my husband worked on the electric all day I worked in my flower bed. Wanted to get it cleaned of weeds and put mulch down so I can build a little fence around it. I am so sore all over this morning though. I wouldn't trade one minute of yesterday. It's done and now I can reap the beauty of my beautiful flower bed. We bought this place and the yard was over grown we have been working on it for a couple of years. And it is finally begining to show. We hadn't had electricity in the garage so we couldn't use our tools to build anything, but thanks to mom we now have electricity in our garage now I can build bird houses and a fence.I want to fence around our flower beds so the dog can't use the bathroom on my flowers. So what did you get done yesterday? Did you work in your yard? Are you as sore as I am this morning?

I worked on the yard on Saturday and Sunday, my roommate and I put in the garden. I wasn't as sore as I thought I'd be! Yesterday (Wed), I went to the lake (about 80 miles away) and pulled my boat out of storage. We couldn't get the battery charged enough to turn the engine over, so we just brought the boat home, without putting it in the water. But we plan to go up again on Saturday to see if we can get "Afternoon Delight" running. Once she runs...she's sold. I've had her since I was in college -- 1973. I'm sad...

Hi Hofferp. Would have been nice to get your boat in the water before you sold it. I don't know if I could sell something I had that long. Hope you get Afternoon Delight running and get to get out in the water with it. I was sore but it was cause I was on my knees all day. I hope you have a great garden. It is always a nice thing to get the garden in and going good. We got our garden tilled last week and it is ready to plant but we want to wait and see if there is a chance of another frost. We do have plants in the house so we can plant them asap. Got tomatoes and peppers cucumbers even my coffee beans are coming up. Thank God for the spring time. What did you plant?

Hi Free_man,
It is very good that you were able to clean out your flower bed. Once in a while, we at home, too clean up our wardrobes, beds, windows, doors etc.
It feels very good at that time. I can feel how good you must be feeling now.

Hi Sweety. I love it I wanted to clean my flower bed out so I could put mulch down and put up a small picked fence to keep the dog out of it. It does feel good. I went throug a cleaning mode last week and cleaned the house like it was a spring cleaning. I get these burst of engry and want to do something positive.

Wow, you've got quite some inspiration, making such a thing. But it could indeed be nice in the end. Yesterday wasn't too great, weather wasn't too good here, was too lazy to do anything. Looking forward for tomorrow instead of yesterday =) Live act of Sylver =)
