Chewing gum is it good for health?   

yea celebrities may chew chewing gums but they are not the only one who chew chewing gums all the time....we all as human chew it...chewing gums is not for our health...chewing gum will give you gas..and i think everyone by now suppose to know what gas will do to me....gas is not something to be taken literally.

I have also seen many people chewing gum. But its not a good habit.It is not good for your teeth.Many people chew it regularly.In Singapore its prohibited to carry even. Chewing gum over there is an offense.

Ive never heard that if you chew gum you wot get wrinkles. I know some people who chw gum while their nervous. Also, some chew gums between meals so they dont eat between meals. I don chew gum that often on very rare occassios. I get a load of gas while chewing gum. Also, while drinking from a straw or eatting certain foods. But noone ever thinks of the bad affects of gum. Gum has sugar in it which causes cavities and bad teeth. Also, if swallowed can sit in your stomach for a long period since its hard for your body to digest it. Also, if it sits in your stomach for a long period of time then it will cause a break down in your stomach as well as intestines.
