Is Joseph Ejercito Estrada--"ERAP" fit for Presidency?  

Erap had been the 13th president of our country but has only served 2 out of 6 years because he was proven guilty of perjury and plunder. Perjury is willfully giving incomplete, misleading or simple false testimony while under oath; and plunder means stealing good and other valuable things. He was arrested- house arest, which really sucks, he didn't get what he deserved and he's even given a pardon...
But why is he still allowed to run for presidency? He should be banned from it ,but no law states that he can't run- too bad. And to make things worse some people would still want to vote for him.... If he wins this election- which is not really possible, Philippines would become the poorest country in the world.
Would you vote for him after all that he's done- he's even feigning innocence...
