Convert Honda Alpine Navigation system from Japanese to English

I imported a Honda Accord from Japan to New Zealand. It has an Alpine in dash touch screen navigation system. The touch screen is also integrated into the climate control, radio, CD. It has a DVD player in the dash that reads the Internavi Premium Club DVD ROM but the whole thing comes up on the display in Japanese. I am wondering if I can convert this system to English. Anyone out there seen this done. It also has a television system, but they must broadcast on different frequencies in Japan. Is there anyway to convert the television receiver as well!
