Wearing a Sportsbra?  

your not meant to wear another bra underneath the sports bra. maybe you just need a better fitting one, and no its not weird to just run in shorts and sports bra you can get some which are designed for that purporse they are like crop tops

Your not suppose to wear 2 bras while wearing a sportsbra. I know those who arre smaller upstairs can wear a sportsbra. But myself who is bigger cant wear them. I find I dont get any support whatssoever. I stick with an underwire bra to give support but one that is made from spandex or stretchy material which gives even more support. Try a different kind of bra rather the a sportsbra.

it depends to the size of the boobs, like if its big then they need more support specially if doing sports activity, but for those with small boobs then just sports bra will do, i can even wear wire bra while doing gym though they said its not advisable coz the wire might stop the proper flow of the blood.

Hi, artsyfartsygypsy. At home, I may wear a bra up underneath my sports bra. But when I am out walking, I will not wear a strappy bra. I will wear a bra that does not have any straps on it.
