Do u move your legs when u lay down in the bed..?  

Well im guilty of doing such a thing but i dont do it because im feeling any pain a t all. When i go to bed sometimes unconsciously my legs just move on their own. Well there are times that i control them specially when im not alone in bed,if you know what i mean but in general specially when im tired i just do it,sometimes it relaxes me sometimes i just want to do it move them from side to side and for as long as im not distracting anybody then i dont think theres nothin wrong bout it ;)thanks for asking and happy mylotting!

I used to do this and sometimes i feel that way when im trying to sleep.Its uncomfortable for me.Ive asked people around me and they told me that its called restless legs.It is when ur legs are tired.Ive tried jogging and it cures a little bit.Try exercising.

yes i have the same habit, i feel relax when im doing it moving my legs left and right and also when im sleeping, sometimes i cant control the constant movement of my legs specially when im not doing something!

Yeah! i having the same habits..not only in bed..whenever i sit in my chair...it start to shake automatically..gives much relaxation to the legs...

i guess everyone do that. i also do that as your right, my legs are too tired and its so nice to relax them in bed. if i sit down i guess its not nice to see for the women to keep on moving her legs specially if they are wearing skirt.

I am restless so I do move around a lot, sometimes just my legs. Though I have found I've woken up with a charlie's horse in my leg that I think comes from holding my leg in one position for awhile.

I don't know if anyone else uses the word charlie's horse to describe the pain in other parts of their body, I think it's mainly used for pain in the foot, but basically I mean a deep ache in the muscle.

Well yes i do it often. I always feel my leg is so weak and easily feel the pain after a long walk. So i always keep shaking moving here and there to reduce its pain.Well i dont do while i sit, but after a long walk, while sleeping i give an exercise to the leg to reduce the pressure.

During my sleep i often move my legs without my knowledge. It may happen due to the involment of subconsious mind. If there is some lack of blood supply in that particular area then we may feel very odd to lift the legs.In that case just keep some pen/pencil inbetween the toes which will have great releif after sometime.

well a lot of doctors say, its mostly out of anxiety but some of it is out of habit as well ..... my legs dont stay still at all :P .... they are always moving ..... mostly out of habit i guess
