Recent movie or series you've watched that's worth recommending? DVD,Cinema,etc.

I know it's an unpopular opinion but I kinda hated Avatar. I didn't hate the movie literally I guess it's just that the buzz was so big and it's supposed to change the world etc etc. I watched it and thought to myself that I've seen this plot hundreds of times before, the blue people doesn't really make me think Cameron's a creative genius (I mean, come on. "Unobtainium"? Really?) I think he's just rich and famous from terminator and titanic so he gets the automatic buzz. Didn't fool me though, Cameron you cheeky monkey! I know what you're up to! lol he is good though. I just thought this time his name preceeded him and it worked just as planned. Which is good, glad to know someone's getting paid right? But I digress, I just had to rant so.... I hated Avatar I loved Black Dynamite! It's freakin hilarious! seriously go rent it on netflix or something you'll laugh your pants off. It's gained quite a cult following. Your thoughts? Any movies or TV series that's worthy enough to recommend?
