What do you think about ps3 games?  

The graphics on Just Cause 2 are better on the XBox 360.
I have a ps3 at the moment and am playing JC2 aswell as MW2, Just Cause missions are very similar with the stronghold take over and completing strongholds gets laborious. Despite the repetitiveness of some missions many are original and unique to the game. The worst part of the game is the introduction.

However, this game so far has kept me entertained and sometimes frustrated for 9hrs so far and only 12% complete. The grappling hook is fun when you attach two things together. :)

As for your short list of other games that are your favourite, I suggest that you play Red Faction 3. Out of Fallout 3, Just Cause 2 and Red Faction 3 I would vote Red Faction on a par with Just Cause and Fallout 3 coming in a bit below.

I agree the games are fairly expensive, however, I heard that each console Sony make they are actually selling it at a loss and hoping that the average user buys more games where they make most of their profit from.

Even if the games are more expensive than XBox, as playstation owners we get free access to the Playstation Network where as XBox users have to pay to use XBox live for their online games.

Well I think that PS3 and 360 are both great systems. Some of my fav games are Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 great shooting game and awesome graphics. Another good game is Metal Gear Solid 4 amazing graphics, cut scenes are kind of long but very entertaining.
