plane delay makes for a horrible trip

so i went to the bahamas a few days ago. we were only going for 2 and a half days which due to plane delays for 7 hours and then missing my connecting flight and not getting another flight until the next afternoon, i spent a total of a day and a half in the bahamas. I missed my scuba diving trip as well that i had booked. Not the best experience ever but we did make the best of it once we finally got there.
have you ever been delayed that long. i wouldn't complain if i was going somewhere for a week and lost one day but when i'm only going for a weekend it really makes a difference losing a day

I would be so disappointed. I suppose it probably still cost you the same, even though you did not get your time there. I wish you would have been able to enjoy the whole thing.

I am very sorry about your plane delay to The Bahamas.
I hoped that things have gotten so much better for you after this delay. I can understand you being upset because one of your days on the weekend was delayed. I hope that things can get better for you so that you can at least enjoy your weekend. Take care.

I can understand your disappointment. If I had been in the same situation, I would also have been disappointed. It is so difficult when you know that yoru flight is delayed. It adds more stress and it makes you lose a lot of time too.
