Bosses, their ego's and very bad manners!!!

Are you an office manager in charge of other girls there? Just asking dear friend because you said your girls.

Well, I will tell you in my days years ago, yes, I went into boss face..I would not do it now however, but would diligently do my job and forget about his aggorance and ignorance.

The only reason I say this is because I want you to have your job. I do not want to see you get fired. These places can be so mean and cruel and no it is not fair.
This guy deserves everything he gets and more I know, or you would not react as you do my friend. I know how this is.

But you know, in the end, I never got fired, but they made it so hard for me, I had to quit..in the meantime, you can maybe look for another job? Or if you can get him out or even disciplined by a higher up, please do so.

He has a boss too..everyone has a boss unless he owns the company.

Some bosses are rude I believe that they think they step on everybody's right when they think its a lower post, and its not actually right, bosses have to be pleasant dealing with her/his employee as without the lower post he/she cannot be in his position,I'm into you saph, you did the right thing and manner to him..He needs to understand how it feels to be disgrace.
Smile now,get him out of his office on monday and teach him about his manner and right conduct!

Hi, Saphrina, that's really bold to stand up against your boss.I have never expected any boss not gifed to yell at employees, but that's just for business and no personal assult happens, that's fine, he might be telling the truth, but the yelling rises to personal humiliation with rude words,then I think it's really time to question the boss' personality.

Hi saphrina.Well I dont think you will all come up with any solution because you both are dealing this with anger and ego.Yes you heard it right.Though yours is for good but still it is ego.Or else you might have gone to him and thought of tried to sort it out peacefully.And if he was still reluctant then alternative measures could have been thought off.I am just giving my opinion.So if you feel it offending please forgive me and neglect this post of mine.Have a nice day ..
