fiber choice with weight loss support?  

i tried something like this and i swore i'd just stick to my chocolate cake, cookies or chocolate pretzel every morning to make me sit on the toilet regularly. this supplement made me feel like something is still left in there and even if with the 8 glasses of water daily i became constipated.

I always just bought psyllium seed husks. I never tried a pill. It didn't make me lose weight but it made my intestines squeaky clean.

I haven't used any fiber support or supplement in losing weight. I would suggest that you try fruits rich in fiber like papaya and pineapple as well as berries. Try to eat cereals in the morning and avoid eating rice. If you can not eating dinner then do so but if not, eat minimal amount of rice. Good luck!^^
