waking up dizzy? |
| |
| mylots This morning i woke up extremely late that my girlfriend came over and came in my room and started to hit me with a pillow. As i awoke from my long sleep i became light headed and blacked out for a little bit. I just wanna ask is that natural to black out after a long night of not sleeping and then sleeping at like 10am? | | | | | |

| | Sometimes I wake up feeling groggy or dizzy when I actually oversleep. It really is true that too much of a good thing can be be bad. Maybe you got lightheaded from beat beaten with a pillow or being interrupted from your REM cycle. Just a thought. | | | | | | |

| | Yeah when you don't get enough sleep or don't sleep at all you can black out for a few minutes. Espically when something excited or unexpected happens to you. I have gone a night or two with no sleep and then i fall a sleep while not waiting to go to sleep. | | | | | | |

| | Maybe your girlfriend hit you a bit too hard and thats why? I will sometimes wake up with a headache but never anything like you say but then again, Ive never been awaken by being hit with a pillow or anything else for that matter except bad news but thats another story!! Maybe you should see a doctor. | | | | | | |

| | You shouldn't go without so much sleep. How long did you sleep before your girlfriend woke you up? It may be your body telling you you need to get more rest then you have been getting. | | | | | | |

| | I am not sure what it is then but I would definitely try to go to the doctor and have them check you out. It's not good that you blacked out like that, unless she hit you hard. | | | |
