Do you think the after-sales services of the HP is so good?

Hi my my friends, do you have a computer that made by the HP? Have you ever been to the after-sales services of the HP? If it is,Do you think they serve you so well? Which brand's service can be better?
As far as I am concerned, several days, I went to the after-sales service of the HP,which I want to have my laptop check. But there is no result ,just going back with my own computer. I am so upset about their service. As we all know that the brand of HP has been lower famous than before since the quality happened in China.
So which service do you think is better?

Whenever i've dealt with HP, i've been pleased with the service. If we're in the realms of printers, that is a stark contrast to olivetti, who are horrendous.
In general terms HP (like most) is merely the manufacturer and the pc/laptop etc is sold by a distributor like a pcworld (*spit*) or bestbuy. Whilst there are warranties with HP direct most initial contact and enquiries is done via the store it was bought at. From experience most manufacturers prioritise business deals and clients so an individual would expect to wait longer.
