|  I believe that the greatest basketball player of all time is Michael "MJ" Jordan. He carried the Chicago Bulls to six NBA championships and his stats will show that he is an all-around basketball player. Before the NBA, MJ, as a freshman, helped the University of North Carolina (UNC) win the national championship (1981-82 season) and was named College Basketball Player of the Year. He was the NBA Rookie of the year in 1985. Moreover, MJ was a member of the 1992 US Olympic men's basketball team, the "Dream Team" who won the Gold medal in the 1992 Summer Olympics. His 13 seasons in the NBA with the Chicago Bulls were full of highlights and incredible feats.
