Factoidz I just became a writer in March 12, 2010 and Now I am back to being mem

Hello, I got accepted to Factoidz as writer in March 12, 2010. I got my first article up and published like April 8 and I got two more up and one in pending but now I am back to being a memeber? why? I thought the 10 articles starts when you first get your first article up and posted by them not when the writer membership started? I have e-mail them at the info e-mail address and there address on if we wanted to leave comments about they are doing etc.. I am still waiting on answer? I even resigned up as I am new to become a writer? Any help or suggestion on How I can reinstated there? Thanks and have a Great day! Sincerley eileen
