what do u think of bread  

Even though I am a Chinese girl with rice as my main course, I love bread, especially the European style. In Chinese people's mind, this kind of bread with hard surface, little taste is aweful. However, simplicity is beauty for me. Without extra flavor, it shows the original taste from wheat and the biggest concern--- flour is also wonderful. Some bakers who insists on old value make bread with hands and inject their emotion, passion into it. Coming to phsical level, it is the beneficial yeast and bacterial make flour's fermentation.So what do u think of bread, a kind of food or a kind of art with soul.
