I think I'm having something of a midlife crisis in that over the last few weeks I have really been reflecting on what I have accomplished in my life versus what I thought I would have by now. I don't think Men are the only ones to have a crisis or time of reflection so to speak. And I am not sure it's a bad thing really. Maybe we all need some time in our life to set new goals that are beyond what we think we can do.
Do you ever find youself reflecting back to what you wanted to get out of life and then realize that you still have a long way to go?
I thought my life would be alot different than it is but with the current economy that isn't the case and I am thinking back to things that I could have done better and planning ahead to how I can accomplish more. How about you?

I think we all get to that point of our lives that we wonder what we have gotten out of our lives so far and most of the time we always thought that we would get more out of our lives then we did to this point, but the nice thing is if you are at a certain age we can always do things to improve moving forward and maybe at some point we can still reach those goals that we set for ourselves a long time ago and there is always time to make something out of the time we have as I try not to look back on what might have been and look forward at what is still to come and I am much happier looking ahead then looking behind.

Well said! I think that if we don't reassess our lives from time to time it goes by too fast. I know my thirties sure did! I am feeling better overall today and am setting some new goals for myself that will challenge me. And I am starting to think that everyone goes thru an identity type crisis from time to time. Thanks so much for sharing!! Take good care!!
