It should be a habit by anyone to put on insect repellent if they go places that might be strange. You could never know that the place has infestations of malaria or if the place has dengue fever in the area. prevention is better than cure, you know.

I agree. Especially during the summer time. That is when the weather will be so hot and little critters come out then. All kind of bugs and mosquitoes that I can think of. It is smart to wear insect repellent because of what may be out there in the air.

Yes, I am really fond of climbing and hiking. So before hiking or climbing, I slather on both sunblock and insect repellant. At night, I make sure that I put insect repellant again for the mosquitoes. Yes, true, prevention is better than a pound of cure.

i totally agree with you. it's very essential for us to use insect repellents specially kids whose immune system are weak. if we take this initial step then we can prevent future complications such as hospitalization (heaven forbid)
