The decision made by acting Justice Secretry Alberto Agra to absolve 2 of the Ampatuans
was really very disappointing and uncalled for. 57 persons were murdered last November 23 2009 in Maguindanao and Filipinos are really crying for justice to be serve against the perpetrators of the crime. Acting Secretary Agra favored the alibi that the 2 were not in the crime scene instead of taking into account the witness who confirmed that the 2 were present when the murder was planned. Its very painful to see the families of victims crying out for justice and the one who heads our justice department seems to favor the ones who were involved in the crime. The government should do something about this because the Filipinos are becoming weary and tired of this system. Something should be done before the people totally loses its trust and engage in drastic ways to claim justice.

In the world we are living in, especially here in the Philippines, we cannot use the word justice at all. :) People are so easy to get blinded with money. Ampatuans are really wealthy to the extent that they are connected with people in our government. Thats just the way it is.
My say, leave it all to God. :) They can use all them money in the world but they can never buy peace of mind. :)

Yes I feel the pains of the family of the victims. I was shocked. There are no other thoughts I made that Agra was being paid by the Ampatuan. There were witnesses and there are no other people who will have to do it but them. Actually the shocked i feel is not totally a shocked since from the first stage of this news I do believe that Ampatuan will be doing their best to clear out their name. I have the feeling too that Gloria is behind all these. They are forcing people to kill instead of trusting that there is still justice.

That's really disappointing, can we depend the government of doing something about this? There's an allegation that Agra did this to free these ampatuan's as Election is very near, Ampatuans can do good votes for the gov't.
