What do you think of "the third wheel"in romance?what will you do to avoid this?  

If this is only applicable to men, then I do not know. My mother used to tell me that men are just like that and they are made like that. :) Not all wealthy men have third wheel, even the poorest of the poor have third wheels as well.

Ive been a thirdwheel The first time I learned that I am one, I broke up with the relationship and swore to never be in the situation. Now, I am doing it again. But not with a married man, but a person who has a current relationship with a girl (girlfriend) I know I am stupid. and I do not know how can I explain it.

You always hear about the wife putting the husband through law or medical school, and then when he gets money, divorcing her. Usually for another woman. It might not be the other womans fault. He might have convinced her he was free of any commitments. I was in a relationship with a married guy. He told me he was married, but he said they were seperated. It turned out they weren't at that time. He did leave his wife eventually. I continued to see him even after I found out the truth. I would never do that again. At the time I was young and didn't realize what I was doing.

I used to say to myself that I will never become a third wheel in a relationship.
I I remained true to my word for almost five years but somebody came along and I fell in love with this woman. We got along fine and i courted her she even told me that she had a boyfriend who works abroad.

Still i persisted with my love for her. Then eventually she likes me too and we are seeing each other a lot.

I knew it's wrong because I betrayed his boyfriend even do i knew about the relationship. I am heartless for pursuing this girl I don't care about the the other man in her life. Then when he returns this girl leave me with the memories behind. And that hurts so bad. Karma does strike back.

It all boils down to character and priorities. There are a lot of well-to-do men out there who aren't involved in "third wheel romance" or anything of that sorts. These men have developed very deeply grounded values and principles that they use in their lives. Marriage is sacred and once one gets married, it takes away his/her right to get involved romantically with other people other than his/her wife/husband. So how do these people who can keep very strong and trustworthy ties with their families differ from those who don't? These people knows their priorities and responsibilities and stick to them. They know their limits and never to get out of bounds. They never look at things that aren't essential and unnecessary. They focus on their families and their marriages and instead of spending time with friends and other people most of the time and even in the workplace or anywhere else away from their families, they spend more quality time with their families and in the process strengthens the bond. Most of the time, people who have gone astray are people who doesn't have any strong ties with their families. It seems that they doesn't find any meaning or reason why not to get involved with other people. They have never developed some strong character which makes them sway around. That makes them follow their emotions instead of their reasoning. Temptations are everywhere and though it might feel so great to give in and do what's wrong, overcoming temptations is a lot better and sooner or later, one will realize that he's gone a lot stronger because he didn't give in.

See it depends upon people.It isnt any thing related to money.I have see many poor and middle class people cheating also.Only difference is when it happens with rich people media highlight in big way and we as a people start believing that rich people cheat a lot.
It isnt a man always.Do a little googling and you will see heartbreaking stories of husbands to whom their wives left for other man.So its happening both way and not way.
