I'm using now Office 2007, but I don't like it is much difficult to use than past versions, I liked so much version 2003 it's the best version of office, but it can't read files created with Office 2007 and then I cannot change it anymore. I hope the new Office 2010 would be better and easy to use than 2007 and not have new file types incompatible with previous versions.

MS Ofice 2007 - The new interface in Microsoft Office 2007, however, made some tasks in Office 2007 harder to complete than in previous versions.
The Outlook, the menus and toolbars of previous versions are now replaced by ribbon in in Microsoft office 2007. Ribbon, is a tabbed, horizontal bar divided into groups of icons and buttons organized by task. Home Ribbon covers about 90% of everything you'll need for simple text editing. The remaining features are dispersed throughout the interface: spell check is on the Review tab, while headers and footers have been moved to the Insert tab (from the View menu in earlier versions). The core formatting features appear on yet another pop-up menu when you select text. In microsoft word it is possible to add more spice to your document. The new interface, however, made some tasks in Office 2007 harder to complete than in previous versions. I am however quite comfortable with it.

I'm not using any of those products because they were too expensive for me to buy. Instead I use a free tool that is just the same as the stuff from Microsoft; open office.

MS- Office XP is by far the best one I have ever used. Ms-office 2007 is very bugging, though it looks sleek and stylish its very complicated and limits the functionality to a certain extent. I currently use office xp.

Hi siliguri! I've been actually using both versions but most of the time I prefer 2003 because it is simpler and easier to use. I have a bit difficulty coping with the changes of 2007 but I was able to adapt to it. Usually I'd just go to the help section and learn the workaround there.
