Are you satisfied with the ending of Gone With The Wind?  

I really liked the ending!
The book and movie ended on Hope and gave everyone a sense of optimisim
There is a fine line between love and lust
Scarlett and Rhett had BOTH
Since Scarletts "Love" for Ashley was so one sided


BTW there should NEVER have been a sequal written.

It's so impressive .It's very popular here in China. I have read it twice,every time I read it ,I was more deeply moved. Positive, confident ,smile and optimistic focus on Scarlett.I prefer her positive attitude to her beautiful appearance .It's worth reading especially for women.It teaches us how to be optimistic and face it when you are under a lot of pressure.

Scarlett is a strong lady. She is active to get what she wants. The problem with her is that she doesn't know what she really wants - I mean her own inner wants. Isn't she like you and me? Do we know what we really want in life? Ashley is everyone's good guy while Rhett is the opposite. As a father, I would like my daughter to marry a guy like Ashley instead of Rhett. As a man, I want to be like Rhett more than Ashley, although I don't mind at all if I am really like Ashley :)

I love the movie, the book, the ending.

I didn't like the ending much because the fact that Rhett falls out of love with her is so sad it made me cry.But he did everything it's not his fault. Personally I don't like Scarlett much because she's really selfish.Too much.I mean stealing her own sisters beau?That part really had me outraged................I wish the book was longer and that at the end Scarlett became less self-centered
