What have you got in your home gym?  

My boyfriend and I have been collecting a few small pieces of exercise equipment as we live in a small apartment and enjoy working out. I've got a Wii with EA Sports Active, large exercise ball, resistance cords, heavy medicine ball, pull up bar, and a roll up bar. We are looking to get some dumbells then we should be all set up. Have you noticed a difference between your workouts at home and your workouts in a traditional gym? Where do you get the most results?
