Lolita Fashion, Can anyone tell me about this line of clothing

I don't know a whole lot bout it either, but it's got some affinity or something with the Rococo era (with "do whatever makes you happy, regardless of what others do" type of mottos), and it's theme is about being delicate, young, cute and girly. I know of one designer/store that specializes in Lolita fashion; it's called "Baby the Stars Shine Bright." It originated in Tokyo, but there are new branches, and there's one store in San Francisco.
