The Holy Bible is said to be the "good news" of our Lord, but how come that some of its chapters especially Apocalypse reveals all the worst news that can happen in the future and some of those are happening now.

I think it is coined the good news because apparently this Jesus fellow had a good message to relay within all the mess and indoctrinational remarks and so forth. The true message may have been lost in translation, church institutionalization and human misinterpretation.

Having the idea what will happen in Apocalypse is a good news right? This way we will repent and avoid doing bad things because we already know the demise of the people who keep doing wrong. In the book of Apocalypse there is a promise right? That if you follow God with all your heart you will be saved. There is also a warning not to be a sinful person and you will be going to heaven.
