Everybody knows that exercise and eating healthy are very important bfor lossing weight.But for me it is a bit harder,why? Because I had an surgery many years ago and the doctor had put some screws in my spinal cord to fix up some of my problem.So I couldn't do too much exercise such as weight lifting and even jogging.If so,it is goiing to be hard for me to reduce the fat in my belly .Well,if you have any good idea,share with me and I hope that your opinion is workable and no need to take any medication or buy any weight loss products.I prefer something more natural.Thanks

if there is any exercise you can do to work up a mild sweat will help, i packed on 27 pounds over the winter months and a month ago i started eating a can of vegetable soup for lunch and it keeps me full all day, so far i lost 17 pounds and that roll of fat that was hanging over my belt is gone. i have degenerative disc disease in my spine so all i can do is walk and that seems to help greatly. get a good pair a walking shoes " rockport " sells great walking shoes but their about 70.00 usd. but they last forever and wont give you that shock on your back like some other walking shoes do. by the way i use progresso soups loaded with veggies.

Even I am trying out to reduce my belly... I found out certain ways and it had worked out for me upto certain extent...

Morning speed walking for about 1 hour will makes you to feel better.. for the continuation for about 3 months you can see this belly is getting reduced,,

Try and ask your doctor if your allowed to do some yoga. This is one type of exercise that doesn't require you to life a lot of weights. Another thing is to try and stay away from fatty and sweet foods. Also drink a lot of water, this will increase your metabolism and will also lessen your craving for food.

HI,
Walking is said to be beste exercise,Taking care of spinal cord problem intially small and slow walking step might help out.

Yoga(Asana and Pranayam) will do wonders and even help out with spinal problem,
Only thing should be taken care of is not to perform asanas that might affect spinal like backward bending and forward bending asanas.
Pranayam(Breating exercise)will definately help out especially "Anulom Vilom"
and also "Kaplabhati".

Food:
Green tea is said to be good for overall health, coconut water, lemon water.

Have Plenty of green leafy vegatables, Fruits,.Soups are also good,Spinach soup are best one.
Basically food that contain too much of fats,sweets salts, should be avoided.
Body needs fats but not too much.like 2- 3 tsp per day.

Can have little warm water instead or cool one throught the day, As they help in releving gaseous subtance in stomach also help digestion of food.

Drink 3- 4 litres of water throught the day.
SO can start the day with 2 glass of warm water or medium one as per convience

Generally not to have water along with food so if you want drink water you can have half an hr before meal and 1 hr after food.

Have food at fix regual interval like 7.30,10.30,1.30.so on Can fix tim as per indiviual conviences.Can have food 6-8 times small ones
Like:
breakfast
Mid morning;
Lunch
Mid afternoon
Evening
Dinner.


Between meal can much on peanuts,fruits,or juice.

I am really sorry to read that there are person , who would gladly want to do exercises and not resort to other types of pills ( who dont even work ) , or become bulimic , but theire not able to because they have a certain handicap , my mother had before also a problem with the weight , but two years ago she found a herbal natural tea that allows her to loose weight , i can tell you that this tea makes he's go to the bathroom , pretty often , so she doesn't drinks it during the day , only in the night , before she goes to sleep , and with this tea she cann still eat normally , off course you dont have to eat too heavy foods , but she did lost a considerable mass of weight , ever since.Now there is the second option , wich is much more expensive and a little bit painfull , operation of liposuction , but i dont really think that this i what you want , hence i heard that sometimes complications come along the way.

just sway your body especially your waist to keep it moving as if you are listening to a music. minimize the scope of your food. lessen your rice or carbohydrates. do not eat if you are not hungry. eat on time. eat lots of water. drink tea after meal. avoid cold drinks. drink plain water, water, water. the bottomline is self-discipline.

I don't know if you're able to do this, but bicycle riding is good exercise for reducing weight. And if you can't ride a bicycle outdoors, try to get an indoor exercise bike..it's great I have one and work out on it everyday 15-20 minutes.
Also for reducing the fat on a fat belly try eating more fruits for breakfast and lunch instead of bread, too much greasy foods. And cut down on those fatty sweet foods like cakes, cookies and soda.
