Supplement Energy Drink Every Day, Dangerous?

Drinking supplement products are usually recommended to improve nutrition and increase energy. However, other ingredients of herbs, amino acids, and materials used to improve the nutritional adequacy (RDA), supplements (especially the type to increase energy) also contain caffeine, taurine, minerals, and glucose. so taking supplements can be told the dangers. if you drink supplements? What do you think supplements harmful?

I think any energy supplement drink commercialized for public consumptions are tend to be dangerous in many ways. Having caffeine as one content that increases awakeness of the person and be reflected in the body do have many side effects. Too Caffeine can increase nervous problems, sleepless nights and the ability to abuse your body daily routine cycle.
It is still best to have supplement foods from natural based foods like fruits,less preservative foods, having a proper meal healthy for the body, regular physical activities like exercise, mental exercise, healthy sleep, and other healthy ways to boost energy that is more safe rather than be dependent on some energy drink supplements which may give unwanted side effects on the body.
I have read a study that some energy drink has many hidden contents that tend the user be addictive in a way their body are being abused. These energy drinks are like a battery item that when charged, you have many energy to consume but when discharged, it is 10x more defective and may destroy the quality of the gadget being used. This energy drinks may initially give you what you want, but still as your body tend to be weakened, your body cannot anymore produce the energy you wanted even if you drink so much of the drinks. A body needs proper treatment and care..Because, our body is not a machine that will not stop unless we wanted too. Our body has also expiration, so better take all good health benefits in a natural way than experience the ill-effects in the end.

I don't take drinking supplement. I know that drinking supplement is dangerous since always there are additive in there. Energy drink is not good for our heart and kidney. Water, pure water is the best for our body. So, I try to avoid myself from drinking energy or drinking supplement.

I think anything in moderation can be fun and interesting and usually not bad for you. I also think the more processed and full of chemicals and such the worse for your body. Alot of the ingredients you mention are good for you but I don't think you need alot of it. I don't drink them because they hurt my stomache.

if it is done under the supervision of a specialist it s not. Most of us do not have a healthy way of eating/drinking and those supliments are needed. Ofc nobody with a right mind would recommand you to exagerate with those Drinks every day since ofc it s bad for you (for your heart mostly) to drink all that caffeine and taurine.Take care.
