Why our indian law is so much legitimate..?  

We have so many loop holes in our indian law, this is the reason people have lost faith from it, what we follow was done by the british, it nedds amendments...

It happen not just in your country, but also in many countries, my friend. It's like, law isn't enforced on the basis of justice, but only based on the verses or chapters of law, which have too many weaknesses. Maybe, what we ought to question is a loyalty of the lawyers in a matter of justice and humanity.
When someone committed crime with real and convincing, why should they remain defensible? What else needs to be proved? I think, if every lawyer, prosecutor andjudges, placing justice above anything, then law enforcement anywhere in this world will be better.

In India we have a great law, but no justice. Lower courts are so corrupt, any criminal with money can walk away scot free. You are right, there is always a way out for the criminal. Death sentences are very rarely given. Life imprisonment works out to only 12 years, for good behavior etc., it can be as little as 7 years. Our justice system is a joke! Honest people will suffer, but criminals get away.

Laws are good in India. The problem is - those people have enough money they can influence politicians and politicians are making the country a hell. The long term course of argument is another drawback. Why these people need this much time to finalise a case. They are taking ten or more years for serious issues. If they can punish the culprit within a limited period of time, it will increase the confidence of people in Law. The long time is enough for making loopholes in Law and make an escape.
